| Q: Do wishes that don't' get picked get discarded every month? |
| A:
No. We favor new wishes over old wishes, but no wishes are ever discarded |
| Q: How do you pick a wish? |
| A: We base it on a lot of different criteria. We have to be capable of fulfilling it first of all. Secondly, the more closely it represents our mission statement of leading better lives and inspiring others, the more likely it will be to be picked. |
| Q: How do you remain objective when picking a wish? |
| A: Every shirt has a code attached to it. When you send your wish in with your code they get processed together, then are separated for the wish picking. We only see the code and wish, and won't see any names with the wish until we've chosen which wish we want to grant. |
| Q: How do I return? |
| A: Send an email to orders@penzithreads.com if you want to return your order. The shirt still has to be in perfect condition and we must be notified of your desire to return your order within two weeks of us confirming the shipment of your order. |
